  • Name, email address, and message are required so we can respond.
  • Company name is optional.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

We use this information to respond to enquiries and discuss requested workshops or services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Where you ask us to take steps toward providing a service, processing may also be necessary before entering into a contract.

We do not use contact-form information for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. Service Providers and International Processing

We use service providers for form delivery, email, website hosting, and aggregate website analytics. We do not sell or trade your personal information.

Formspree, Inc. handles contact form submissions on Aleksandar Mladenov's behalf so that they can be delivered and answered. Formspree processes submissions in the United States and may use subprocessors in other countries. Review the Formspree privacy policy for information about its international processing and data-protection practices.

Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the forms. If we identify such information, we will delete it unless we are legally required to retain it.

5. Retention

Enquiries are retained in Formspree and forwarded email for 12 months after the last communication, then deleted unless an ongoing discussion or legal obligation requires longer retention.

6. Analytics, Local Storage, and Cookies

We use cookie-free aggregate website analytics to understand site usage. Local storage records when the site introduction was last shown so it can be displayed again after 30 days. This website does not use tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:

Terms of Service

1. Services

bimpowr is a brand operated by Aleksandar Mladenov, who is the contracting service provider. Paid services are offered only to businesses and other customers acting for business purposes. Services include free initial workshops, paid implementations, and educational content.

Aleksandar Mladenov may use disclosed independent subcontractors, including engineering collaborator Leonid Vasilev, to perform agreed parts of a project. Aleksandar Mladenov remains the customer's contracting service provider and is responsible for the service.

2. Ownership and Handover

Customer data, documents, accounts, and credentials remain the customer's property. Each paid proposal identifies the custom deliverables and handover items included. Unless the proposal states otherwise, ownership of the agreed custom deliverables transfers after full payment.

Handover includes only the source files, configuration, documentation, deployment access, and training specified in the proposal. Aleksandar Mladenov retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, libraries, methods, and general know-how. If retained material is included in a deliverable, the proposal defines the customer's right to use it. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their existing licences.

Customer confidential material is not reused or disclosed. The paid proposal takes precedence where it defines different project-specific terms.

3. Free Workshop

Our initial workshop is provided free of charge and carries no obligation to purchase additional services. We may provide a written estimate following the workshop; engaging our services requires mutual agreement on scope and pricing.

4. Content

All educational content on this site is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or applicability of our educational materials to your specific circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aleksandar Mladenov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or content. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
